It’s another sports photo this month as I spent a very pleasant and productive afternoon at the Cambridge Criterium cycle event. Lots of action and very colourful so plan ty of scope for photography.
This is one of my photos from the afternoon and was taken was taken with my Sony A7 III 1/80th at f11 and ISO 100 and just 51mm on the zoom.
As you can see I panned the camera to follow the action so with the slowish shutter speed the background is blurred. The focus of my attention is in focus ‘horizontally’ but note the vertical movement of the feet on the pedals is blurred.
