Life’s too short to drink instant coffee

A picture for every year: 2007 to 2021

Finally: fifteen years of digital and colour!

Top left is me (front row next to Abi) at the Histon Station protest. Then it’s me with Juni in Hong Kong and, more travel, me in Cuba. Then it’s a first Hawarden Grammar School reunion with, L to R, Deidre Cartwright, me, Ron Liversedge (sadly died) and Gwyneth Evans. Top right is me having lunch with a glass of wine in France.

Middle left is the family growing with Alex joining us at Xmas lunch then it’s me at Machu Pichu. In the centre the family grows again with Amelia then it’s Juni and I by the volcanos at Mount Bromo. Middle right it’s me with Duncan Selbie, Chief Executive at Public Health England.

Bottom left is me chairing the Health Committee for the last time at Cambridgeshire County Council then it’s me with our three successful district council candidates L to R Steve Hunt, Pippa Heylings and Martin Cahn. In the centre there’s a last photo of me before my stent, in Aberystwyth with Juni, then it’s me in the middle of lock down needing a haircut and finally, for this set, the family grows again L to R front row is James, Amelia and Sophia with Indie in the very front. It’s minus Charles who’s in Australia.

And that’ll have to be it for a while. The next edition of these sets of 15 photos won’t be possible until the end of 2036!
