Lot’s of competition for September’s photo because I was in India for nine days and have multiple candidates but I chose this one, of a bicycle rickshaw driver waiting for a fare, despite its flaws viz the tassles and the man’s hand. One of my good friends suggested that I should have framed the shot to eliminate the former. Well ‘yes’ but it was an impromptu shot and he’d have moved before I could do that! Fortunately the hand doesn’t cover any of the face.
The photo was taken using my Sony alpha 77 II with the zoom on 280mm, f6.3 at 1/500th. For some reason I’ve increased the blacks a little in Lightroom.
There’s an album of 54 photos from my India trip at https://flic.kr/s/aHsmosF5EU
